Introduction

Each product is made to order especially for you through our production partner, Printful. Because we do not keep inventory, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or preference.

However, we’re happy to replace any items that arrive misprinted, damaged, or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective:

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. Once verified, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

Please note that Printful may request additional photos before approving a replacement.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Each product is automatically sent to production shortly after checkout, and production begins almost immediately. Because of this, we’re unable to accept order changes, edits, or cancellations after purchase.

All orders are final once placed.

Please double-check your shipping address, product selection, and payment details before completing your order.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for orders that qualify under the “Damaged or Defective Items” policy above. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

Because each item is printed on demand, we do not offer exchanges for size or color.
We encourage reviewing size charts and product details carefully before placing your order. If you’re unsure about fit or material, feel free to email us prior to ordering — we’re happy to help!
